Reception & Year 1

Anne Gillman
Hello. My name is Anne Gillman and I am in Woodpecker Class on Monday, Tuesday and some of Wednesday. Previously I have worked in several schools mostly in Key Stage 1. When I’m not at school I enjoy spending time with my family- aged between 13 and 19 – and walking in the countryside.
Hayley Luxford
My name is Hayley Luxford and I teach in Woodpecker Class on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I have more than twenty years teaching experience at KS1 and EYFS. I split my time between work and family life, which is getting easier as my two children are getting older. I love the outdoors, walking, gardening and looking after my chickens!

Mr Strong
We welcome Mr Strong to our St Mary’s team. We look forward to finding out more about him.

David Lister
Kia ora, hello, I teach in Owl Class 4 on Tuesdays (Robins) and Thursdays (Owls). I also teach at Little Hallingbury School on a Monday and Wednesday.  On Fridays I try and take the day off to enjoy the school run with my children, ride my bike and learn to play the guitar.

I come from a land down under (New Zealand).  3 years ago my wife and I returned to England with our young family to go to school and work and explore.  We live in Chelmsford with our very well travelled cat Dory.
